Refund and Cancellation POLICY

All our clients are very important to us, that's why we created the following Refund Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds for the services ordered and completed on our website http://www.flxcity.com ("Website").

The terms "You," "Your," and "Yours" refer to the entity/ person/ organization using our Website. When this Policy mentions "we", "us,", and "our" it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term "service" refers to any digital service ordered on our Website by You.

 

Refund (for recruiter)

(i) You can request a refund through our email (support@flxcity.com) and contact number +91 8134020557.

(ii)You have the right to claim the refund within 90 days from the date of cancellation with proper reasons(e.g. videos and screenshots of the errors, etc). 

(iii) Within 30 days you don't have to pay the penalty of refund but after 30 days we deduct 15% of the total amount that you have paid. 

(iv)We provide two types of refunds (Instant refund & Normal refund).

(v)In instant refund amount is refunded almost immediately, we deduct a small transaction fee to process instant refund from the total amount,

for all credit cards transactions the time taken depends on the amount to be refunded:

 

(a)Upto 2 lakhs: The amount will be credited immediately to the customer's account.

(b)More than 2 lakhs: The amount will be credited within two hours during business hours. For refunds raised beyond working hours,

it can take up to one business day for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.

 

(vi)Normal refund takes 5-7 working days. The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode used while making the payment:

 

(a)Credit/debit cards: 5-10 days

(b)Netbanking: 2-10 days

(c)Wallet: 0-3 days

(d)Upi: 2-7 days

 

Cancellation (for recruiter)

 

(i) You have the right to cancel your order at any time with proper reasons.

(ii) If you cancel the order after starting the work by the seller without any proper reason then you have to pay 30% of the total amount (charges will be applicable after reviewing the reasons for cancellation). 

(iii) If you cancel the order before starting the work you will get 100% refund (normal refund).

This Policy applies only to the refunds for the services sold by our Company.

Our Policy does not apply to refunds for other companies or individuals.
